Coaching Philosophy:
It is my desire to facilitate the development of each individual athlete so that they reach their highest levels of potential both on and off the field of play. As a coach, I take it upon myself to try to help each player to become confident in their abilities so that they are willing to take the risk and put forth the discipline and effort to reach for their goals and their highest levels of potential in everything they do. I believe that it is my duty to help each young man and women to acquire the skills and habits that will make them successful throughout their lives in whatever they choose to take on. In addition, I also strive to develop in each player a deep understanding of the game and love for the game so that they can enjoy this beautiful game throughout their lives.

Personal:

I have been married for 25 years to Karen and we have 4 children ranging in age from 8 to 22. I am a teacher at Wheeling High School and have been for the last 25 years, working in the Social Studies department.
