My philosophy is to:

• teach sound tecnhiques in ball-handling which will lead to success in stopping shots-on-goal;
• effectively communicate with the players on the field for optimum team performance;
• help players objectively evaluate their own choices and decisions that may deterimine the outcome of the game, thereby building confidence and team-leading skills.
